Returns/Exchanges

Sports & Medical Bracing UK Returns Policy:
You may return new, unworn / unused items to us within 30 days of delivery for a product refund.  The Buyer is responsible for postage costs when returning any item(s) to us.  SMBUK Ltd will pay return shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error (i.e. you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within 1 - 3 working days of SMBUK Ltd receiving your return(s).  This time period does not include transit time to receive returned item(s), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process the refund request and show on your statement can be up to 5 to 10 business / working days.

RETURNS:  If you need to return an item(s) to us, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button.

EXCHANGES:

We are happy to exchange item(s) for a different size or product, there would be a charge to cover return postal charges to you and these are our standard rates of:

£3.95 - Royal Mail 48 - 2-3 working days

£5.95 - Royal Mail 24 - 1-2 Working days

£8.95 - Royal Mail Special Delivery 1pm - Monday to Friday Deliveries

£12.95 - Royal Mail Special Delivery 1pm - Saturday Delivery

The easiest and fastest way to return an item for an exchange is to return your item to us for a refund and place a new order for the required item, this way your order can leave straight away and we would process your refund upon receipt of the returned item(s).  Alternatively you can return item(s) to us including a copy of your order (so we can trace you on our system) with a note to say which product / size you would like to exchange your item for.  Upon receipt of your return we would then send you an invoice for the required return postal charges (please let us know which delivery service you would like from the list above) and any additional costs (if appropriate) for product changes.
