Product Overview

Thuasne’s Epi-Med Pro Master Elbow clasp has been specially designed to ease pain caused by epicondylitis, stretched or torn ligaments and regular sprains affecting the arm and elbow. The Epi-Med epicondylitis clasp compresses the forearm musculature below the elbow, thus bringing mechanical relief to the tendon attachments at the epicondyle (bone projection) and relieving the extensor and flexor musculature. The biomechanical adjustment of the areas under strain in the elbow leads to a noticeable improvement and offers pain relief. If you’re prone to sport-induced elbow damage, the Epi-Med Pro Master helps protect your arm from future twists and sprains that can really affect your fitness programme in the long run. Comfortable and easy to use, Thuasne’s Epi-med can be worn during work, sports and exercise – so there’s no need to let pain stop you from taking part in your routine activities!  Compact and unobtrusive, the Epi-med doesn’t constrict your movement or circulation like conventional tubular bandages; instead it’s moulded to suit the shape of your forearm.

Features:

  • Lightweight and dynamic epicondylitis clasp support for lateral epicondylitis (tennis elbow).
  • Adjustable Velcro strap for tennis elbow, golfers or throwers elbow.
  • Suitable for athletes and sports enthusiasts.
  • Anatomical design with silicone padding to reduce slippage and prevent painful inflammation
  • Helps treat and prevent elbow-related sprains and injuries
  • Can be used for either left or right arm. Available in 5 sizes – XS / S / M / L / XL

EPI-MED PRO MASTER ANTI EPICONDYLITIS CLASP

Posted by Bogdan Fodor on 15th Nov 2020

I have used this clasp a few times (tried other types of elbow straps before) and it really proved very effective, I was able to play tennis without restrictions on my right arm. Would certainly recommend.

The epimed sport has made such a difference in a short time. Absolutely brilliant. It is helping with the pain and inflammation. Would highly recommend.

    Didn't work for me.

I awaited delivery of this clasp with such positivity and hope. Alas it made no difference to the pain of my tennis elbow no mater where I positioned it or how tightly it was fitted.

    Best elbow clasp

Posted by Sarah Raeburn on 15th Jul 2020

This elbow clasp is fantastic. So comfortable with good padding that can be removed and washed. The silicon gel inserts stop it moving around. At first I thought they may make my arm very hot, but not at all. I don't even know they are there. I have worn an epi med clasp for many years which I got originally from Physiotherapy. It was great but rather grubby as could not be washed. I tried other ones that looked the same (£5 ebay) but the padding was thin, hard and rough. Recently my original clasp snapped in half. I saw the same original type made by epi med advertised on this sight. After a lot of thought I decided to try the master pro one... mainly as a dark colour. I am so glad I did. Its amazing. It is more flexible than the original one which concerned me, but I had nothing to worry about. No elbow pain since I started wearing it.

    Epicondylitis

After 6 months of losing my grip and unable to train in the gym, I had tried physio and resting to regain my grip. Nothing worked until I tried these straps which overnight took the pain away from being able to grab hold of things. Wish I found these months ago.
